Hello,
I have a ps3 CECHG04 and when I start it, after 1 minute the fan starts to spin very fast and makes a lot of noise.
I disassembled the ps3 and replaced the cooling paste, but the problem persisted.
When I turn off the ps3 and turn it back on very quickly, I do not see ylod symptoms. However I do not want to give the GPU a reflow, because the ps3 keeps working, played with it for a few hours and it does not shut off.
I measured the temperature output and it never exceeds 40 degrees of temperature in Celcius.
Now I heart that it could be possible to analyse the dump with "BwE NOR Validator" , but that program only works for NOR dumps. Tried version 1.25 -> gives incorrect filesize.
And the the CECHG04 contains a NAND.
I made a NAND dump (245.504 kB), and I am looking for tools to check whether or not there is a problem with the temperature sensor.
Is that tool available ? And what should you do in my situation ?
