Split/Second black screen on rogero 4.30?

hello guys,

i just updated to rogero 4.30, and when i try to run Split/Second, all i get is a black screen.... i have even tried installing the 1.04 package but have had no luck in getting the game to run...it worked fine when i was on 3.55.....please help me out, i really love this game...
