ceche01 downgrade

Hey yall,

I am new to the modding scene of ps3. After looking through various tutorials, I would like to try my luck at downgrading my ps3 from current ofw to 3.55 ofw, so I can begin playing with jailbreaking.

What I am not fully sure on is a complete hardware list of parts I need to do this, what I do know is that I am wanting to go the progskeet 1.2 route.

If possible I would like list of hardware parts needed to intall on my ps3.

1. progskeet 1.2
2. adapter pcb

this is what i am sure about, any other parts i am not sure about, plz help finish this list for me.
