So i got banned a couple of month ago. No I just saw this console id for free:
00000001008C00091001B82AEB2F5D4F00000000000000000000000000000000

Mac is my unique layer 2 Adress ...i think it can stay as it is right now? but what about PSID
should i just leave this 2 things empty and just enter the console id?
Thanks!

One click eboot resigner! ZEUS PS3 Eboot Resigner is a handy tool that allows the resigning of 3.55 or decrypted EBOOT.BIN files for use with 4.46 custom firmware (in other word, fix game error when playing on 4.46 CFW). Another great function is the apps ability to automatically obtain the ContentID from NPDRM EBOOT's. It also can automatically determine if EBOOT is Disc Game or NPDRM.

Ps3 turn on, green light is on, fan spin, but no video no audio no hdd activity no usb activity.
Can't go to recovery.
Fan test working.
Try with new hdd and without hdd, but still is same.
Marked fuses checked and they are OK. PSU checked on other ps3 and working properly.
Any solution?

I have searched the tutorials on this website and others but unfortunately I did not come up with any luck or I would not be posting this help thread. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to make ps3 pkgs. If there is a thread on this already I apologize and honestly have searched but had no luck. If anyone could point me to a step by step tutorial I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make game pkgs after I have edited the eboot and or even my own pkgs once i get more familiar with ps3 again. Thanks in advance for anyone that can give me any information :)

Hello, (I think this topic belongs here).
I was looking at some games recently when I came across a file format called .cpk. Does anyone have any information on the file format the PS3 uses for .cpk? I know they are encrypted, but the PS3 must use some standard encryption key for them, or they are included in the files themselves.
I am guessing the PS3 DEV kit includes the source file to actually decode the file format, but I was wondering if the homebrewers have already did this and if so, can any of you point me in the right direction.
The reason why I believe the PS3 already has a library to decode them is because the games I have looked at are all archived in .cpk format. This means that the PS3 has a API to extract that specific archive.
I know PES seems to use this format also. If this was not reverse engineered yet, does anyone have any idea where I should start looking!
Thanks!

Hello all!
I was wondering if it would be a rather simple task creating or modifying a CFW to boot directly into a specific downloaded game? I'm not too well-informed on these topics and have only a bit of experience messing with PSP CFWs.
Thank you in advance for the help!

So, I was playing a game that I downloaded, and recently I purchased the game because I really liked it. Now what I really want to do is transfer over the save game from my downloaded copy so that the ps3 can load it while playing the retail disc (right now it doesnt see the save game :( )

This port uses the open source library libXenon the alternative to Microsoft SDK copyrighted and therefore starts from the XeLL (Xenon Linux Loader). To make it work:
Quote:
- Copy the contents of the archive to the root of a USB stick, taking care to ensure that the xenon.elf file is in the root.
- Start your Jtag or Glitch console by pressing eject.

Hello there, according to the following site:
http://www.engadget.com/2013/09/03/x...ion-cpu-boost/
Xbox one has a production cpu clock speed of 1.6Ghz; however, a new re-designed model is going to run at 1.75Ghz. How much of a difference the boost does!? Its almost negligible for gaming purposes.
Regards.

Hey guys. I got banned from PSN (trying to add psn account to user profile, i know big mistake) so currently I'm using another console ID, and it works great. The issue is every i time try and launch a certain game, call of duty 4 specifically, it gives me error 80010017. I reboot the PS3 which brings back my original console ID and then the game works fine. But when changing my console ID, it goes back to giving me the same error.
I am on rebug 4.46.1 REX, and this is all on the same PS3 user profile. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I think i can safely say that quite a few of us here like to go online with cfw (or at least I do LOL), but sooner or later some of us might get banned. Those of us who plan ahead might keep an idps or two handy for a rainy day. Some might be lucky and have access to great amount of these. How big is your stash of console ID's? I currently have 27 at my possession with 25 being private, and 2 being public ;)

Yoshida Shuhei twitter is "exploding" with users asking how many controller could be connected simultaneously, simple answer from him = 4. I really love how he answers those questions: YES/NO = 1/0.
Meanwhile Xbox-one will support 8 controllers.
