Injustice DLC /BLUS BLES question

Heya.I have a question.
Running injustice on external and i want to add the dlc.I installed the .pkg/.pgk whatevs. but nothing changed.Can anyone give me a piece of advice.:joyman:

Also.I try to run deadpool/naruto which are blus and it always gives me corrupted data.Do i need to edit everything to bles and it will work?:confused:

Hi i was wondering i wanted to try some games to see if they work on remote play, but when i try to start multiman i get a warning about not working(something like that)
I'm in rogero 4.41 and latest multiman ( the one that works on rogero 4.41)
i want to see if can run this games

I have a slim 2501B 320GB for sale. I bought it brand new back when they were being shipped with 3.50 and only the 4.31 jailbreak was available so I had a friend of mine dig through the boxes at the store he worked at and find me one, based on the receive date, that was on 4.30. The console had 4.30 and I updated to 4.31 and ran that for a while. Then the whole 3.55 thing started and I updated again. Later I decided that I wanted PSN and updated. A year or so later I decided that it was a mistake and got downgraded through a person on this forum. Currently it is on Rogero 4.30 v2.05. However the day received it and stated playing and decided to move it when warm my screen went haywire (I am in no way suggesting that it happened when it was being downgraded, I think it was a freak coincidence). I made a thread about it here and was sure something was up with my GPU. I found a good service locally and got it reballed. I stayed and watched while the person did it in front of me. The solder was in a horrible shape, I have no idea why. The console has 50 hours played total in 30min-1hour intervals 90% of which from games on the HDD(probably less than 50 but I am saying that just to be on the safe side).

So basically what you're getting is a reballed, downgradeable, smallest technology (45nm CELL and 40nm GPU) slim with a 320GB HDD. It still has 11 months warranty on the reballing. I got my sister to play Sims for a few hours this week to make sure it doesn't overheat or develop any GPU related issues. It is in almost pristine condition other than a few (not many) scratches on the sides. It includes console, power cable and the power switch I've bought for it. I can include a controller if you're interested and we settle on a price. I am located in SoCal in south Orange County and I encourage the buyer to come and test it. I am asking $300 for it.

Ylod tips and simple mod for better air flow

First thing i do different is use a griddle, the board will warp with out a means of evenly heating WHILE heating up the CPU/GPU. I use a griddle and little aluminum balls, i crank it up as hot as will go and then i have some tips i made for the heating iron on the SMD station that are just tad bit bigger than the size of the CPU/GPU.

I also use the high five method to apply the thermal paste as to expel air form the thermal past for the best temps possible.

Then to top it all off i have a simple little mod to help the fan suck in more air rather then make it spin faster.

Hi all,

I recently got a ps3 slim (CECH-2504B) with rogero 4.40 v1.03 on it, and am now in the process of upgrading the internal hard drive. In case something goes wrong I want to take a backup of the games that are in it via multiman's ftp.

I can see all the games that are listed inside multiman on the GAMEZ folder, HOWEVER besides those, there are a couple of games that on xmb display on the same folder as multiman ie. Game->PlayStation->NameofGame. These games do not show up inside multiman but instead launch directly from xmb. After searching I found that these are created by creating a signed package, and it may involve EbootFIX - (I still haven't figured it all out yet :dontknow:)... Where are these games located in the hdd so I can take a backup?

I tried looking in /game /GAMES /GAMEZ and pretty much everywhere else but nothing...

Just recently joined after finding the these forums while going a very persistent bug/problem with my PS3 that I just bought.

This is my first real console since the N64 if you don't count the wii. I'm mainly a Pc gamer I have a few gaming computers and usually buy games on Steam.

I got it because i really want to play the Last Of Us because all the reviews are so high and every one on reddit keeps saying how awesome it is.

I also made a list of PS3 exclusives i think i want.

I just picked up a 8002F14E CECHE01 backwards compatible Phat that i have yet to fix and a broken Penguin United Eagle Eye that i just fixed.

So far it's seems like a decent community, i already have people trying to help my in other thread about my PS3.

Looks fake, but I only have the one PS3 and no way to unbrick it if it all goes to hell, as much as I'd like to test it.

Has someone already done the footwork? My guess is it's a fake and bricks your system but I figured someone here would know for sure.

GTA IV's Eboot.bin Question/Help

As some of you may know GTA IV gives an infinite loading screen with common . rpf mods on patch 1.06.
(This is due to from what I believe the checks that GTA IV preforms against all files to make sure no modifications have been done)

As most PS3 game modders know, certain games can be modded using the binary file EBOOT.BIN
I've done some research I've noticed "some", VERY FEW modders have actually decrypted the eboot.bin and from what I know have edited the files similar to the old weapon.xml file to get all types of weapon mods. Thus making common.rpf mods possible for PS3!

Now my question is, IF I were to attempt this, how would I do it?
obviously basic reverse engineering skills are needed, Do I need to learn binary and how the fself and elf files work? I also have a friend who's relatively good at binary who's willing to help.
In conclusion I'm going to need someone to help me steer me into the right direction..

If anyone can get back to me on this, It would be much appreciated!

There's some corrupted data on my HDD, and the PS3 fails during the restore process. Feels terrible to lose 2 years of save data, so I cloned my corrupted HDD in hopes that there'll eventually be a tool to rip my saves off.

I know there's been some Proof of Concepts, but last I checked it's been a year since any news on that front.

Problem with new eboot and save data

hello everyone my problem is that i started to play a game all is working fine i save every progress i made suddenly i made an change... i change the original eboot with another one and now the save data doesnt work with the new eboot to be specific i was playing tales of grace and dynasty warriors empires i put an new eboot with some hacks and they worked using a new save or new game but the previous data doesnt work on the new eboot how can i make it work on this new change thanks in advance

Checks added in 4.30 DEX

I think my google and ps3devwiki searching skills are failing, but I just can't seem to find much posted information about the changes added between previous DEX versions, that could be installed no problem on converted consoles, and DEX 4.30 (and higher) that while they install fine, result in 3 beeps and flashing red light. There is information out there, but it seems to be in bits and pieces.

I know that one of the major "issues" with the CEX to DEX conversions is that we are only changing the IDPS in EID1, and not EID5. Also, on converted units the flags for FSELF Control Flag & Debug Support Flags aren't set, though it doesn't seem there are checks on it. I also remember reading something from Naehrwert, stating there was a check on lv1ldr, that will trigger a panic, and its just not feasible to "generate" the correct data. It also confuses me a bit in how each EID section is decrypted, since EID1 for example, is decrypted with different algorithms and different keys, for each section.

I didn't want to bother @euss or naehrwert with questions. I'm basically trying to figure out all of the checks added between 4.20 (technically 4.25) and 4.30, that cause converted units to brick.

Was the only check added was to see if the target ID was changed in EID5, or what was added between the firmware revisions to prevent the update? And I assume it is just like a regular brick, but a regular progskeet/e3 flasher could successfully revert a converted unit from 4.30 dex back to 4.20, right? I don't possibly see a reason why not, but figured it's worth asking because I couldn't seem to find a post with anyone doing it.
