rage working on TB 2.51??

have retail blus copy internal/external and patches applied.(even read that the scene release had a extra .txt file added that too) still black screen with no disk internal/external.
game data shows 1kb and no logo.

have confirmed from other people working on older TB CFW but nothing for 2.51.
anyone got it working after they updated the dongle.
