Help to remove jailbreak

Hi
I need to remove my ps3 jailbreak it's on kmeaw 3.55 And install ofw
Do I install the latest ofw after formatting the hdd
Or should I install 3.55 ofw first then update the 4.11

And can Sony detect the ps3 was jailbroken ?
