Sony has just announced the end to their private beta testing of their sdk for phone tablets and vita. The public beta will be opening very soon for those interested. The open public beta will be free as a demo and the will be a yearly $ 99.00 subscription fee for full use. More can be read here along with the official memo from Sony.
