Need help playing backup games after jailbreak

Guys

I bought this ps3 slim 120gb last week, It was on old firmware 3.30 or something.. well after reading some forums, i updated it to 3.55 official so that i can jailbreak it.

Now I have sucessfully jailbroken with Kmaew CFW and then installed Multiman 02.09.00 full version and then installed BDEMU2

The problem i am getting is when i try and play a backup game, ( My friend gave me a few to try) - I am able to load the game from Multiman and then it comes back to XMB screen and i can see the loaded game as a disc and when i scroll to it, it shows the game's wallpaper as well but as soon as i play X button to play it, nothing happens.... Just a black screen and the ps3 seems to be hang , none of the buttons on remote work and i need to restart it by keep pressing the power button on the console itself.

I have an original game disc in the console as well, which plays fine.

I have also tried installing another CFW Rebug 3.55.6 and the same thing happens..

I have tried loading games from USB as well as transferring them to HDD via FTP but the same result.. The games i've tried are FIFA 11, and Intrernational cricket 2010.

Can somebody pleaseeee help me what i am doing wrong..??
