NOR S29GL128P (SUR-001) & ProgSkeet - problem with downgrading?

welcome back,
My setup:
Progskeet 1.2
Bitstream - ProgSkeet_12_130401_2010.dat
Drivers - drivers_winusb_111121
Soft - WinSkeet40000

(CECH-2103 v4.00, orginal 3.20, chassis: SUR-001, S29GL128P90FFIR20 Spansion)

P5 (tristate) connected to GND
P2 & P7 (Primary / Secondary CE #) connected to the same point on motherboard
Everything else connected as shown on the diagram (including all GND and 3.3V points)
He Progskeet motherboard - Open R7, R8 Closed

and I always have a problem with dumping address
0x20000, 0xa0000, 0x560000, 0xee0000, 0xf00000, 0xf40000, 0xf80000, 0xfc0000

I think I have everything connected ok because I checked a few times.
My dump have always 16 384 KB?
Tryed with the WP# connected to +3.3v on PS3 MB for removing Write protection and without it connected, but nothing.
