I have invested a lot of time and money into gaming (just as most of us have). Unlike a lot of people on this forum, I have not yet installed MFW/CFW on my PS3, but I do have a stock PS3 at the moment. I also have two Xbox's (one stock and one flashed to play backups), a satellite receiver, a Nintendo 64 (yes, I still have mine), and my laptop hooked up to my TV. In addition, I own the Kinect and the Move and have charging stations for my Move controllers, DualShock controllers, and Xbox controllers.
So to keep count, that's:
5 devices connected to TV via HDMI
1 device connected to TV via Component
10 power cords
AND NO SPACE! You can see pics of my (sloppy) set up here.
So here is the question. We are trying to stage out home for selling, but I still want to be able to access and use everything but the N64 (I play it often enough that I won't miss it if I pack it). And suggestions for cleaning this mess up?
Since it is short-term, I was thinking of putting the Xboxes next to the TV and the PS3 in a drawer. I can disconnect the laptop each day and reconnect each night (because I use it solely to watch movies and TV shows on). But the controller charging stations I still can't figure out. Also, the cables seem to be giving me a hard time, just decluttering.
So again, Any suggestions?
