Help with installing Game

I installed Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL by installing .pkg file
after installing finished , game Icon appear at desktop of Playstation above os multiMAN
when I press x to play the game massage appear says :
This Content can be used if you renew the license in PlayStation Store.
How can I fix this problem?
How can renew it? if i did , what will happened for hacked PS3?
