Possible way to use PSN on CFW without getting banned

Hi guys, I just had one of those light bulb moments, I think I came up with a way to use PSN on CFW without getting banned.

If we buy 2 internal HDDs for the PS3, install them both with the same CFW and then use one for homebrew and backups and the other one for disk games without installing any homebrew or backups whatsoever.

We can then swap the HDDs easily and use one for homebrew and backups and single player games offline and the other one for multi-player disk games online.

I don't think Sony can detect that we're on CFW if there are no homebrew installed and there's no GAMES folder on the root of hdd0.

What do you guys think??
