I used to play my hacked ps3 quite abit but after a while I became more focused in PC gaming and completely disregarded and ignored my hacked PS3. However since the release of the new ps3 exclusive Ni No Kuni (I know the release has been a while since this post) I've wanted to try get it working.
However my software is out of date and I have no idea where to start or what to do, I'm going to list my system software. I apologize in advance if I ask any stupid questions or you have to "dumb down" your responses to me.

I managed to load ni no kuni onto my ps3 however when I start it from multiman it asked me if I wanted to change my param.sfo to version 3.55 however I selected no and was still able to load it, then it asked me if I wanted to change my firmware to version 4.30, I once again selected no and was not able to start the game until I had done so.
Me being the impatient person I am decided to try load it again from multiman and when I was prompted to change the param.sfo to 3.55 I selected yes. Now when ever I attempt to start the game I am given error 80010017.
Does anyone mind giving me a step by step guide on what to do? As you can tell I'm not the brightest individual however I presume I have to replace the param.sfo with the one I downloaded, but I'm not sure what to do from there.
Maybe I have completely upgrade the firmware, I'm not sure.
