Hi to all members, my weird story begins at moment when my friend bring me CECH-3008A with 1C datacode. How you can see, this is non-downgradable version of console (metldrv.2 , ect)....and then my friend give me two backups (E3) of OFW on different stage of use of this console, and tells me very suspicious in turn story: First OFW backup he done at the beginning of the use of console, this OFW was v3.72. For a while all was well, but one day console has been updated from BD up to 4.40 (the latest at the time). Almost immediately my friend made a backup of the firmware via the E3. Further, at irregular periods of time followed, as I already understood then ^^, a series of experiments of "downgrade" xD which always ended with "bricks", but has successfully recovered (dumps are correct) from the last backup (4.40) by the E3. And everything would be fine, but one day my friend in recovery mode "updated" the firmware to the same version 4.40 via USB drive. AND (!) Did not made backup the firmware to the last moment. Probably this fact is the cause of "hemorrhoids" with the restoration. Then again, followed by a series of experiments of a "downgrade", but at the first attempt to restore the console from a dump "that" the version 4.40 - it was a brick. After re-flashing the old version dump 3.72 - the same thing, the Brick xD. "Brick" is as follows: In the "PS3 Mode" flasher console turns off after 3 seconds, without any beeps. In Mode "Flash Fun" does not turn off the console (Tristate wired), and of course it is not loading (no hdd activity or A/V signals). ^^ How can I restore this "brick"? Or how to modify the dump 4.40 to "correct" at last moment (after recovery update)?
As I have realized after a system update (XMB, Recovery) more information is stored somewhere other than in the BIOS ... maybe SysCon or somewhere else.
Please Help ^:vollkommenauf:^
