PSP On PS3 Help

ive done it many time's over & over again something just isn't working it say's encrypt_edats can't encrypt or won't start i got FF Crisis core to work but not the WipeOut games or X Men Rise of Apocalypse 2

i get a error Eboot.pbp fffffffffffccc

also am i suppose to sign the Eboot in Update also or delete the Update folder?
can somebody say the correct steps?
