Change from "E3 CFW" to "Rogero CFW" ? any help ?

I succeeded in downgrading my ps3 using E3 Flasher and now I am in
E3 CFW4.30 ,,,, I want to Change it to Rogero CFW
I put the update in a Flash Drive and went to the XMB
but unfortunately i did not noticed any update is found
I also used the recovery menu but no luck

any help ?
