What software can I use to backup my ps3 games?

The software that I am talking about is for Windows 7.
I want to create a backup of my ps3 games.
Is it multiman?
If so, what is the latest version and can you provide me a link?
I tried downloading multiman on this site but the downloader wanted to install some crapware and I declined.
