Game save help

Hi,

I'm running a slim ps3 with 4.31 rogero cfw.

I've been playing lego lotr from a disc that i've been borrowing. I recently installed another copy of it onto the internal hdd and it's works fine. The problem that I'm having is that I'd like to transfer the game saves from when I ran it off the disc and have it read by the copy running off the internal hdd..

I've tried to use ps3 gamesave resigner.. but that didn't work.. as the version from the internal hdd doesn't show any of my old game saves. I've tried to use the game save utility and transfer the desired game save file to a usb drive, then copy it back but that didn't work either..

Using multiman's file manager, I located the game save files location

/dev_hdd0/home/0000001/savedata/BLUS30963000

and noticed that the internal hdd copy created a directory called ../TEST99999000 and transferred the files to there, but that didn't work either.. Do I need to hex edit these files or something?

Any help would be appreciated.
