fat ps3 after downgrading

hi i recently downgraded my ps3 from 4.40 OFW to 4.40 rogero 1.03, with e3 flasher, but now i am noticing that the ps3 fan speed has increased substanitially.. what should be done now..
p.s. i have CECHL04
