games transfer problem

hi to everyone
i wonder if you could help me with this

im on rogero 4.40 v 1.03 which i installed over kmeaw 3.55 via recovery mode
i also have installed multiman 4.30 base
at first i tried to transfer a game from my laptop following the old way : blackbox + flashfxp by creating a network between the ps3 and the laptop
the problem was that the ps3 would not open the blackbox
then i tried to transfer a game through the multiman + flashfxp but the flashfxp could not connect to the ps3 (connection timed out)
at this stage on the multiman i was able to see my ps3's ip : 192.168.2.11
then i installed a blackbox version for 4.21 cfw which the ps3 opened but i lost the ip !!!!
as you know when you open blackbox you get a black screen with the blackbox logo and your ps3's ip but when blackbox opened ip was blank
whatsmore on the multiman the ip does not appear any more and on the multimans's settings-->system information-->ip address: not available
on xmb-->system settings-->network settings-->internet connection settings i have set up everything right
any ideas ???
i have uninstalled multiman and installed it backagain but i still get the same problem
