Switching from Rogero to Rebug, where do I enable QA?

Hello,
I'm following this tutorial

The guy who posted the instructions say " install Rebug 3.55.3 with QA enabled (install Rebug Toolbox)"
Where do I get Rebug 3.55.3 with QA?

I downloaded a Rebug 3.55.3 Update (REBUG 3.55.4 REX EDITION) from the Rebug's Mainpage.

Am I good?
