Final Fantasy XIII PS3

There's a XBox 360 ffxiii game editor that does this:

Set HP/STR/MAG values.
Set Crystarium Points.
Set GIL amount.
Set ATB level.
Set default Battle Command.
Set current party roster.
Unlock all Shops from the start.
Add all items/Rare Accessories.
Max STR.
Max MAG.
Unlock Lv10 Crystarium Grid (LV5 Roles)
Unlock all Abilities.
Unlock all Eidolons.

any way to get all this with the ps3?

I saw some hex editing codes that do part of it (which I don't know how to do), but didn't unlock abilities,Eidolons, or add all items/rare accessories, unlock all shops
