Corrupt file system on rogero 4.30

hey guys,

I'm running rogero 4.30 2.03

there was a power outage just as the xmb was loading after exiting a game.

Now it says "The file system on the system storage is corrupted and will have to be restored"


I head that a restore loop occurs if if were to go through with the restore

What should i do?
