PS3 Slim ( CECH 25xx ) Cooling problem

Hello guys,

I got a slim here with a weird cooling problem, its gets as hot as 77c CPU and 47c RSX on idle, I already changed thermal paste loads of times, the paste is making enough contact to the cooler, and now I found out when I press the CPU clamp in the midle with my finger the temps drasticaly decrese around 15-20c.

I guess the problem is the paste under the CPU metal case ?


How can I open that wihtout damaging the CPU ?

I need to get this console up and running in 12 hours or so :ahhhhh:
