Gow duplex 4.40cfw booting back to xmb and dead island goty no video

Hi people,
Just updated to 4.40 cfw and got most games working apart from these :

Gow Duplex version keeps booting me back to xmb after the duplex logo, Is there a fix for this?

Dead island game of the year edition - game boots and i have audio but not video display- just black screen ??

Bioshock boots and stops stating disc read error? does this mean a bad rip??
