i was playing mafia 2 one night running round and blowing things up, when i realized that joe was going crazy. he started shooting like a mad man attacking civilians and anything that moved. it was bloody hilarious it was like he turned into some psychopathic maniac,
so after hours of trying to figure out what i did
i discovered a method
FIRST go to chapter 14 (stairway to heaven)
then meet joe out side ur hideout
instsead of going to knock off that dude
go to the train station (by memory its up around the top left somewhere)
once ur on the platform joe should start shooting like a mad man!!!
thats it joe will follow u around shooting everything that moves
