Ps3 wont read any discs

I have a ps3 fat chechP01 in which i have downgraded and went to 4.30 cfw.

However i cannot play any discs, ive tried replacing the laser many times either somehow every lens i buy is broken or theres something else wrong. It accepts the discs gives disc loading and never detects a disc, it doesnt spin or anything.

Hopefully someone can help
