New guy that needs help on e3 flasher

I have a ps3 cech-2001a that has an e3 flasher in it. When i tried to downgrade nothing worked. So my ps3 turned off now it will not turn back on. The light blinks like it is going to turn back on and the shuts off. the red continues to flash. I was wondering if i ruined the ps3 or is there some way i would be able to fix. Any help will be appriecated.
