PS2 classics Placeholder No signal/Black screen Hints

Alright yall. I'm trying to get transformers armada to work and I know it's a good rip(I used it on ps2 emulator on PC).
I Know not all games work(Given)

What this does is give me a black screen. I tried deleting the file in the Flash 2(Easy) that didn't help. Actually made my saves corrupt(GER)

I followed this guide to the letter:

I checked the converted file and it was in the correct format.

Any Ideas???
