KEM-410ACA not pulling disks in.

Hi, Great forum,

I have a PS3 which has a KEM-410 ACA Blu Ray drive which doesn't pull disks in.

I have tried all the suggested fixes on Youtube involving checking all the mechanisms are in the right place.

So I decided to replace the whole drive. It's drive arrived the other day so I fitted the logic board and connected it to the PS3 but still the same problem.

Thinking it night be a faulty drive I ordered another KEM-410 ACA. Swapped the logic board over but it still doesn't pull disks in.

Any ideas?
