[Question] Creating Folders on XMB

I was wondering if it was possible to create folders on the PS3's XMB screen;

Not the "navigate-to-app-hit-triangle-change-album-name" way.

While I was hardware flashing my PS3 I was on Rogero 4.21 Hybrid for a short amount of time, and I saw that it had a "Homebrew" folder to the left of the "Games" folder on the XMB.

Anyway to replicate this? Would be cool because my "Games" folder is pretty cluttered.
