I had OFW 3.55 and upgrade to CFW 3.55 KMAEW. Next using toggle-qa and update to ROGERO 4.30 v2.03. Because I had problem with start games on MultiMan I decided upgrade to ROGERO 4.30 v2.05.
All updates by Recovery Menu.
OK, but ve read on the subject bd-rom why I dont start the games.. I found FAQ "how marry anew logic board" per OFW 3.30... So I had to do downgrade - unnecessarily: (
1. I downloaded file 4.25 to 3.55
2. UPDATE to Recovery Menu - System info: 4.21.. OK, but was to be XMB =/
3. I downloaded file 3.55 v3.7
4. UPDATE to Recovery Menu - Error, cried 4.40 console system =/
* I tried again 4.25to3.55 the XMB, but claimed that he want to 4.40
I started to look for how to do it, I came to de-hash:
1. Download FactoryServiceMode-v0.2.rar
2. Download OFW 3.55 from any site
3. Download Lvl2diag.self (1)
Install and run factory service mode tool v2.0, Ps3 will beep and restart
.Place the 3.55 update in the root of your usb call it "PS3UPDAT.PUP"
.place Lvl2Diag.self (1) in root of usb
.Place usb on the furthest right port of ps3
.Allow for update to complete (noting will appear on screen) 10/20 minutes USB/HDD light will flicker
4-download Lvl2 Diag.self
I did everything correctly, except that the operation lasted more than 40 minutes and the green LED flash. I wanted to see logs, so turned off the console. The logs everything is fine, everything done, but the last line
