Can't copy from NTFS even with MULTIMAN 4.20 & Rogero 4.30v2.05

As the title said.. every copy attempts failed. I can browse files from file manager though - for one minute or so. then it keeps refreshing i had to quit multiman to unplug my WD Ext.HDD 500GB safely.

I have tried using USB.CFG to no avail. My WD is 1 partition and I want to try everything before format it to FAT32 coz i have HD movies collection (up to 16GB mkvs) that I intend to keep.
