Multiman not able to NAND/NOR dump,,help?

I am on 3.55 kmeaw now and want to upgrade to Rogero 4.30v2.3 .so before doing that I want to Dump NAND/NOR .Ive tried using multiman(ver.4.02) but its not happening.what I did was -first connected usb flash drive -then opened multiman file manager-devhdd0/games/bcus-98164(tried other games n files too)/ps3_disc.sfb - opened in hex viewer -select for lv2 view-start-after that multiman automatically exported Gameos memory without asking me yes or not .after when i enterd ok he asked me if i want to export Hv Lv1 memory ,i said no n it comes back to hex display he doesnt ask to export flash..even if i said yes to export Hv lv1 memory it takes 5 min to export n then again it comes back to hex viewer . i ve tried old multiman ,this new latest 4.02 ver. but i am not able to dumb NAND/NOR . what should i do ?please help i want to install rogero !!
