Blinking Red Lights

While playing Far Cry 3, LA Noire, or InFamous 2..........during certain parts of the game, the PS3 Phat (3.55 80GB) cuts off with blinking red lights and 3 beeps. Any reason?

P.S. I can play WWE 13, Most Wanted, Just Dance 4.
