I would like like to extend my thanks and gratitude to SARAH1331 for a fantastic repair with very quick turn around and always kept me informed as to what was going on with my recent ps3 repair.
He could give you the exact details but basically the ic controller for the usb was fried when overexerting the usb by charging indoor helicopter (although it was to be charged by usb?) and he replaced/repaired usb ports, reinstalled thermal paste etc. for a very good price and was returned within 4 days although 2 of those days were lost due to my own shipping but he basically received late Wednesday and was back in my possession on Friday and now peace is restored in my household.
