PKG Games on 4.30 v2.05

I read somewhere that there was a compatibility issue from 3.55PKGs and 4.21/4.30 PKGs and I ran into a tutorial on conversion by coincidence and I am unable to find it.

Could someone please redirect me to the proper place or at least explain the issue at hand?
