CFW on Debug PS3

Hi everyone,

I currently have a debug DECH-A00A in 4.31 OFW DEX but my console Id is banned.
I would like to install CFW ITA 4.21 DEX, to unban me it is possible?
Is this cfw compatible with a true debug console (not a retail converted) ?
