Need help/personal guidance for flashing PS3

Ok so I already got

For flashing my NAND CECHE01 PS3.

Which Progskeet flasher should I get and how do I set it up?
I was looking at the 1.1 Crystal Blue model but I was maybe thinking of getting 1.2. Also I have very little soldering skills so as little soldering as possible would be favorable.

Ive looked at a few guides but I always get confused about what I need to solder and what do do with the clip and such.

BTW Im new to flashing PS3's and Ive never Flashed a ps3 before so I would like as much help as I can get.
