DLC Fix (this includes the DLC for fate touched weapons and destinies choice pack, just use this and it unlocks them):
Installation GUIDE:

Step one: Download the 355 fix if you need it (if your on 421+ no need to patch the update just download on start of game). Grab whatever DLC you want and the DLC FIX.

Step two: Install the Update fix or official update depending on your situation. Then install the DLC you have chosen.

Step three: Install the DLC fix

Step four: Run game and enjoy ^_^

EXTRA for BLES users:

after you install the DLC and the FIX, load MM and just move all Files from the BLUS game data into your BLES gama data folder. ^_^ dev_hdd0/game/ <this. Is the area I'm reffering to, just incase some bles users don't know>

Then run game and enjoy ^_^
