PS3 DATA TRANSFER.??

Hi I have a 2 PS3 consoles:
-(CFW-v4.3Rogerov-v2.03)(4.31 spoofed)(PS3 60GB Model)
-(OFW-v4.31)(PS3 40GB model..CECHJ03)

I was wondering if i was to transfer data via Ethernet cable from my CFW PS3, will my OFW PS3 become on CFW aswell...Meaning will i be able to run Multiman from the Xmb menu, if so will i still be able to copy games and play..

This guy says-
