So how many people on this forum regularly exercise?, I want to be more consistent with my workouts but I eat so poorly I find it extremely hard to do... I used to weigh 285lbs but ive cut down to 235 and im trying to get into my healthy weight range again of about 164-180lbs, but realistically knowing how i eat id be happy if dropped down to around 200 :laugh: Im not athletic or anything but I often blame my inconsistency on my diet instead of my mental will power... So what do most of you think? You just don't have the will to workout and/or you eat so poorly, why bother?
