guys my blu ray broke, got 4.00, no money yet

any way i can play games, either download free psn games or use games from vuze or whatever, what I mean is do you need your ps3 to download games i.e. to copy them or can you use a laptop, I have 20 but a broken blu ray and lets not be bible bashers about this

also is there a way to downgrade 4.00 to 3.55 for free so i can do all the mad **** to it, just joined these beasts its intense
