New to CFW! Help?

Hello Guys!

Today I got my CFW PS3 and need help. It's on 3.55 KMEAW. Can someone please tell me the steps in order to update to Rogero 4.30 v2.03 please? Also can someone tell me how to install stealth multiman? Also what is the most safest way to access PSN? I want to sync my trophies.
