Remember to not unplug the system while its downloading or installing the update, as it may damage your Wii U. The update may take up to an hour to download, according to Nintendo, so be patient.

Main menu – System Settings = 16.3 seconds
Exiting System Settings back to Menu = 21.7 seconds
Loading Miiverse from Main Menu = 12.2 seconds
Yeah those seem just as slow as before..
