Ps3 Bricked After downgrading

LAST night I was downgrading my Ps3 frm Roger to OFW 3.55 and then to Kmeaw 3.55...
When I install OFW frm recovery menu during this my power supply was gone and my Ps3 turn off..
When I again start it green light of power button turn on only for few seconds and then no red (lyk I plug off my ps3)
Plz help me...
