reactPSN and rap2rif

Hi all. So after a few hours of searching and bangin my head against a wall
i decide to ask some help/info.

I would like to install the mw3 maps dlc (have found the elite drop pkg's US version)

So first mine is EU version then im on 4.21.1 REX so reactPSN isn't working on 3.55+ if i understood properly?

So have tried rap2rif with my own act.dat but no-go so downgraded back to 3.55 then reactPSN all the rap's to rif's still no-go...

So could be cause the pkg's are only for BLUS version or what's wrong i don't get it...

Thanks for reading and if someone could point me in the right direction i will be more than happy!!!

Oh and i've also tried rap2rif with reactPSN act.dat maps still not showing...

And i forgot to say i have transfered the files from the hdd0/game/BLUS/USRDR to the coresqpondant path in my hdd0/game/BLES and ive even tried to unpack the pkg's, edit the sfo to my BLES and repack it like that it install straight in my hdd0/game/BLES directory but nothing...
