Game Data Missing

Is anyone else experiencing game data missing and having to reinstall it every time you open a game?

I run most of my games external with ex game data option enabled...nothing too serious, just annoying when it takes 20 mins to reinstall data every time. For some games the data stays, but for others it just disappears once I quit.

Can't say this is due to a specific CFW, because it has happened on both 3.55 Kmeaw and Rogero 4.30 v2.
