Netflix on Rebug 4.21 not showing up

Hi guys, i've been on 4.21 rebug for a while, and i was wondering: where's Netflix?

I upgraded straight from 3.55 and neither my TV nor my Video section have it.

I tried downloading it from PSN but aparently i was supposed to have it already, therefore it is not available there for download.

Isn't there a way for me to install it somehow? :hmmmm:
